The contractor destroyed the Name Dheeraj….

The construction quality of work is Zero….

We are facing the leakage problem….Water seepage through the walls….

The grills provided are not properly fixed….

The aluminum sliding are not in shape…..

The amenities they providing are substandard quality….

We have fully paid for the quality work, Why we are not getting return value?

Why HDIL people are playing with buyers…..

Where are the costumer care? Is the costumer last priority?

I really fed up with dealing the dreams people….

Regarding Parking Place alottment, I also came across a similar situation. My posession letter is blocked by HDIL as they are asking me to pay Rs.2,00,000/- as parking charges. I am thinking of taking this issue to Mumbai consumer court. I feel Mr. Ramanik of HDIL, Sales dept. 'shall' be given a PR training as the kind of arguements (specifically language) he was making with me were simply non-professional. I asked Ramanik for any kind of intimation sent by HDIL regarding Compulsory parking place or anything in written so he told me that Management has told me to say it verbally to customers. Are we that fool enough & is management of HDIL that stupid. If they are thinking like that we as a customer need to show them their place.

In this forum, Mr. Investor is saying 'Parking is essential' but Mr. Investor have you anywhere reffered Coop. Hsg. Society acts of Indian Gov. or any Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai's any document stating 'Parking is essential'. Most of signed our agreements alsmost 1 or 2 years back when this clause of compulsory parking was not there.

I have got a no. of Mr. Mudur (HDIL, Bandra office) who is senior person to Mr. Ramanik & will be meeting him regarding this issue. If the things are not resolved in proper manner I might take help of electronic media also.

I genuinely feel people in Dreams should unite & fight against all such issues.

But according to me...PARKING IS ESSENTIAL..Now most af all d good bldgs have made it compulsory...witout which u cant even buy a flat and that too at 3 - 5 lakhs for one parking..
HDIL made a mistake by not ding it so b4.

Anyway there rates are vry reasonable...

I advice all of u take the parking bcoz now the rates are vry less... once all these new low cost cars come into the market by 2009...then there will be Scarcity of parking space and the rates will go high and high ...

Its a good investment....

Well the quality of the work is not good..It  should improve.....so that  after 2-3 yrs when we want to sell it..we get a gd amount.....

Whe are the Rates going to go up...Its 5500/- frm a long time where as othe5r builders have incresed their rates by 500/-.

I thik they shld take floor rise rght from 1st floor like other builders...
And improve on quality...

Im also facing the same problem,they have taken final payment as well as maintenance chqs from me for possession (even they have deposited one chq which is debited from my account)and now asking me to buy parking.They are very rude and shame less people.

I have given them a letter by speed post asking them to confirm when they will give the possession in writing.Why should we buy a parking,when we dont have a car?Its really very frustrating.

Dont know what to do now.We dont have time to go to consumer court .Please advise.

Dear all,

I and my freinds have two to three flats in dreams.

Really pathetic is the condition.

Leakage in some parts,grills not proper,Seapage in some,No quality of finishing,Lot of changes from what was actually promised by the builder...

The building looks like a VERY VERY BIG CHAWL.......or a PILE OF MATCHBOXES...

Even the paint they have applied on the buiding is not good or attractive.

The quality is vry poor.....

Are they building it for some beggars...

neither the building structure nor the facilities match with anything in the booklet.

WHATS the LOBBY they have build....A place of PILLARS WITH WATER LEAKAGE...

Its really DREAMS....TO BE DREAMT OFF...

The painting ON THE BUILDING is the most PATHETIC,,,,,,,,,,,,

Are they going to PAINT the bldgs again and make it look attractive...AND solve the leakage problm...

All of us shld join together and make the builder do the constrctn as mentiond in the agreement ...
hope LEAKAGE is not a FACILITY they are providing us....

Its really a SHAME for HDIL...

By fooling the poor people....do they believe GOD will forgive themm....

Lets do something or atleast approach the consumer court if the construction is not done well and this bad quality  cheap work goes on....

I have already given the charges before possession and have the receipt for the same. But when it came to signing the possession letter, they refused to give it to me.

I even spoke to their GM Mr. Malhotra, he is saying he can't help only the chairman can help. They are not giving me the chairman's number. I asked them to give the directive to me in writing and they are refusing to do it. It is clearly illegal and they should be stopped, I just don't know whom to approach for it.

Any help is welcomed.

Hi All Dreamites,

I went for taking the possession of my flat in wing 1D. Now the builder is saying that he will not give possession unless the owner purchases the parking too. The parking slot purchase has been made mandatory by the builder.

I want to know if this is legal and if we can do anything to stop the builder from doing this.

I have booked a 3BHK flat in Dream 4C. I am currently in Canada since the last 7 months. I have not heard anything from the developers officially on taking the possession of the flat. Like any letters or correspondence.

I have learnt from this portal that quite a few people have already taken possession of their falt and have moved in already.

Do any one know when is the official possession taking place and what are the status of the amenities?

The Rate of 6000 psft was qouted for my property by a Property Broker.

May be the rate might have included the floor rise. going by Nazim's calculation

my property value was 5000 + 17 *25 floor rise that makes it 5925 roughly 6000 psft.

so it thought the rates were increased to 6000. but i am assure all investors that in no time when the mall with open and all the additional flats sold the rates will touch the max 6000 to 6500 as newer project will open at 5500 rate.

BTW i want to rent my property 3BHK with improved finishes and fully furnished.

the expected rental is 35 thousand furnished with 5 L deposit

and without furniture 25 thousand with 2.5 lack deposit.

Hi Guys,

         I want to know whether the amenities provided by the builder are the same which we have seen in the sample flat, as I have seen some flats having Jaguar steel fittings which however were Jaguar black fittings shown in sample flats.
