I spent 2 weeks in Castries in early June and the place was in great shape. The landscaping has come on very well.
I hear there is an occupancy of about 90% this week ( early July) which is surprising considering it is the first year.
I would be interested in making contact with others who have the 'light lease' ie Village Center let it out for July and August only.
