Lease- Back Procedure and stage payments to developer
Trying to compile a stage by stage summary of the above have you any information about completion of property and when / who does the snagging if you have opted for the leaseback.

We are just about to sign at the Notary next week this has been a very long process. We put our deposit down last January 07 and we were supposed to have all paperwork completed by May 07.......in March 2008 all will be signed... the French really know how to do business.
Lets hope the value has increase a little for us..

Hi,
I bought a 3 bedroom villa in the Domaine du Golf. I visited the site last August and took pictures. It is beautiful and very close to Montpellier. It is surrounded with vineyards.
I am filling the forms for the VAT refund and about to sign at the notary.
