deads that are due in 2-3 months time. our aunt and uncle are out there

| Hello all, hope you all had a great holiday, believe it or not it got even hotter the week you all left for home. My father, sister & family are visiting on Monday 4th & we are hoping to visit again later in the month. Do not have your e-mail addresses at the moment but will look to find them as am being pressed for final payment & would like to be consistent with you all regarding this. | Hi. Just checked in, must admit enjoying the banter. Thanks Elly, great that your estate agent has confirmed that the place is finished. Richie reckons in relation to the sunbeds "age before beauty" is what counts, he reckons he's in the "hot seat"!! Looks like we're all going to have a lovely get together on the 8th. Don't worry Mike, there will be a chair or a stool with your name on it (Elly, Tina and Maryjo have already reserved the sunbeds for the duration) and definitely an Efes or maybe two!! | spoke to our estate agent last night and he has confirmed all is finished except that there are some windows missing on some of the ground floor apartments. He has said that no more work will be carried out now until after the summer. As for a sunbed for you Mike, I think a rule should be girls on sunbeds only!!! | Good news for all of you, but as you'll all be there a week before we arrive & will be settled in nicely, think we need to sort out a few Sea Garden rules. No 1 no "hogging" the sun loungers. No 2 - Make sure the day we arrive there's a lounger for me (in the sun), with table beside it, (in the shade) for my beer. Don't worry about Tina & the girls, (they can sit on the floor). Need to get priorities sorted!! Hope you all have a great time & we'll probably wake you up early hours of the 8th dragging our suit-cases to the apt. | MJ, thanks for the e-mail have posted 2 of the photo's, We have also just received aroud 10 photo's of the apts & interior, (although the apt is in shade, so not as good as yours). Looks to me as if we are all finally on the home stretch. Photo's also show air conditioning units fitted internally & apt looks totally finished. all the best Mike. | Mr Mike |

| Hi. Having problems uploading photos which we received today from estate agents, but place is looking good. Can see aircon outside what we think is Mike's apartment and another two apartments, there are sun loungers by pool which is surrounded by green shrubs. Have tried x 3 to upload photos but no joy even after putting them into JPEG format. Sorry about this. Anyhow place looks like we should all be sharing beers there in August. Would be delighted to try again if anyone has any further ideas as to how I could upload these photos. Best wishes MaryJo | macmul |

| Hi Mike and Gary.glad to connect with you. Mary jo and myself (Richie) are in no 22. As Mj said earlier last week we appearently have the green light (probably a faint flicker) and as usual we are waiting for conformation just now, to take possession . We are booked to fly to Bodrum on circa. 29 July.The suggestion of a few beers sound good not sure if we will have a fridge let alone a flat but we live in hope . | Hi Mike, Yes ours is the one with curtains and the air con, all our furniture is in, we are no 12 and I am sure that we can organise a cold beer or three and nibbles. we will also test the pool out before you get there just to make sure the water is ok!!!! | Mary-Jo ....Gary. Its really strange that after all this time waiting we now find a number of people who will all be at the apts at the same time. We actually bought in August last year & i was getting frustrated so i can imagine how you've both been. Regarding the apts i did take a look at 1 of the top floor duplexes (but can't remember if it was number 22 or 23). It wasnt finished so it may well be worth you giving your agent a ring to check it out. My opinion on our visit was that probably all the external building work would be complete although there may still be some work being carried out on the interiors of some of the apts in August. (Hope i'm wrong but....), Our apt is number 5 (which i belive is directly 2 floors below Mary-Jo's also noticed that 1 apt had air conditioning unit & curtains up on floor between them, so perhaps this is yours Gary)? Have majority of furniture ordered but dare say we'll be totally unorganised (as usual) the first week. | Hello fellow sea gardeners! We too have bought an apartment we bought 2 years ago, so you can imagine our frustration. We were out there in May and had long discussions with the builder and agent, our furniture is in the apartment and ours was complete, however stairwells and other apartments were not complete. We are due to recieve a video of the completed site on the 21st July, as we are going out on the 31st July. Can you let me know how to view any photos ie websites etc. | gary1 |

| Hello, Great to hear from somebody, We actually visited Altinkum earlier this month, (returned on 12th). We stayed at the Esra Apts which is directly behind the Sea Garden. Am unsure how to contact you directly through e-mail but have quite a few photo's i could forward on. The good news is that finally there is quite a lot of activity on the apt block with a team of around 12 people working right through the day. We noticed a lot of work being completed during our week there & also spoke to the builder. The apts themselves look really good, ours also had electricity & water supply & was virtually complete except for 1 railing to go on the balcony, although it looks like they are concentrating on certain apts as some are very similar to when i last visited in October. Let me know what number you bought & will check on plan as i had a look through a few of them. Will be visiting again for 2 weeks on August 7th when we will be staying at the Sea Garden. Great to hear from you as its always nice to be in touch with somebody in a similar position. We also got friendly with a family who lived near us who now reside not far from our apt block so could possibly get updates from them. all the best & look forward to hearing from you. | Hi Mike. Just noticed your message while surfing the net. We also in process of buying apartment at Didim Sea Garden and have been waiting and waiting......It looks however that completion will occur soon and we are hoping to get possession in this summer. Have to admit the complex is looking great from the last photos we got from the estate agents 2 weeks ago and it looks as though it will be worth the wait. | Am in the process of purchasing apt at the Altinkum Sea Garden apt's. Visited in August & October last year . Apts are due to be completed but looking at Photos from xmas period this seem to be falling behind. Anyone else out there in the process of purchasing at this property?
