| Hi everyone. Has anyone encountered the same problems as us re being kept informed about completion etc and when the final payment was due? What does everyone think about this development, I personally feel very let down and was wondering if anyone else is considering pulling out as per the original contract. Permission for use is supposed to be issued withing 6 months of the signing of Act 15 which I believe was dated 3rd September, is anyone else having difficulties with this development? | bluer6 |

We have just returned from Bansko, having bought a one bedroom apartment at Demianitza. We have been told it will be completed by August. I have uploaded some photos (of the outside of the block and the inside of our apartment), taken on 10th April, so that you can see how (if?) the building work is progressing.
