CFP have finally sorted out my mortgage which I started the process over 6 months ago. In that time I have also had to complete 3 Power of Attorneys due to someone leaving and the bank or solictor mucking up. MRI, CFP and the solicitors have all been useless, but like I've seen here, all 3 of them have my cash so don't care.

I have a big problem, the mortgage is now done, I knew that 25% did not have to be paid until June 2008 but have just found out that with a Bulgarian mortgage you have to borrow the full amount and I also have to pay the full amount now, so that 25% for next year has to go down now, which of course, I don't have......

I stayed at Panarama (i think it's called that) one of the 2 developments in front of imperial and crown. The complex is really nice, very quiet, clean, beach is also very close and nice. There is nothing to do in the area so you need a 15 minute taxi to sunny beach. Also, i was there almost at peak season and the complex was very quiet. Everyone stays on sunny beach, although if you want peach crown fort is ideal, perfect for families. There are just too many appartments on the beach and not enough tourists, the airport is not big enough, every flight is packed yet so many rooms/appartments are empty,.unless the airport doubles or even trebles in size there's gona be a lot of empty appartments in the summer.

Yes we have completed and money was sent out in August.  Our friends also have completed their transfer and stayed in their apartment in block B3 in July this year.  Hopefully there won't be as many problems with Crown fort as with other properties MRI sold.

Has anyone been to the site to see  how the development is progressing?Has anyone completed,and when do you think appts will be ready for use with all surrounding amenities etc?

thinking of buying atCrown Fort.........what do other buyers think of development?Website offers

studios for sale at 53,OOO and 57OOO,are these not realistic values?
