| I have heard from MRI who tell me that the development is stopped and there is no date for completion. They have referred me to my solicitor. Other than that there is nothing new. I wonder if you would mind telling me what Daniel Tienda told you at the weekend which gave you some hope - coz from where I am sitting there doesn't appear to be any at the moment. | I too have heard from the elusive Daniel, telling me that this development may not proceed and we may be offered an opportunity to purchase in another development. This is obviously not good news and I have to say I don't feel comfortable with this situation at all. I have also managed to get a contact name at MRI and am awaiting news of the situation from them. I'll let you know what/if I hear anything. In the meantime I am re-reading the contact! | woogies |

I have managed to speak to Daniel Tienda and I feel a lot more relaxed now. The situation is still very tricky, but at least I feel that somebody is working on my behalf.
We shal see.

I take it they are your Solicitors too then? Recommended by MRI, as independant solicitors, but I am beginning to wonder just how independent they really are. The contact name we have is Daniel Tienda. Do you manage to get any response from them?

| My heart just sank when I read your latest posting. We bought an apartment at Creek Lodge 15 months ago and have been totally unable to get any information from MRI or the solicitors they recommended. We were assured by MRI that all licences were in place as well as bonds just in case anything went wrong. We were assured that nothing would as the builder was a well established builder with a good reputation. Good sales pitch, resulting in loss of our pension it would seem. Would you be able to find out if building liciences have been granted on this site and if so the date they were granted. Do you work for a property development company too? | Folks I may be completely wrong here but I am fairly certain that absolutely ZERO construction has started at Creek Lodge. It is merely a plot of land at this stage with some pretty "artist conception" drawings. Try as I could to find the construction site I could not and I was informed by our company attorney that no construction had started and this he got straight for the developer contact. If you have been sold this by MRI you have been seriously bamboozled. MRI are famous for that. | Patrick59 |
Well, I have just been informed that the developer has problems with this site. I don't know the nature of these problems, but if anybody can shed any light on this, I would appreciate it.

I saw your message and wondered whether you have gone or not?
I bought a one bedroom apartment in Creek Lodge just over a year ago. I have not had any news from MRI since then, so if you have any photos from Creek Lodge, please post them on this site.
MRI does not give you any updates because they are interested in making money on you and one of the ways is to make you subscribe to some aftersales package. Bad news I am afraid.

Well Guys like most of ye here, I am curious to find out more on Creek lodge and any of the other properties that MRI have to offer.Their Website is not exactly the best when it comes to trying to sell the property ie. layout of apartments,studios or leisure facilities in the complex.I will be flying out in about two weeks to view what will more than likely be construction sites in the Bansko,Razlog regions !Can anyone prove me wrong!? | Tmasterprime |
