| visited COJ last sunday, progress is very slow. Amit Jain wasn't there, he is in Dubai and should be back by this week. So most of the people are not too aware of things going around. As far as Relish is concerned, the last slab is in progress, they intend to finish that by October, and intend to give possession by December or at the most they say February 2009. Going by the enthu they have for the job, looks like it is going to spill over to 2009. | utpal |

got registered with eyeonworldwide today. I have booked a flat in bright in jan 2008. expected date of completion is 32 months as informed by builder. Just need to know the quality of construction for phase 1. can anybody inform me.
Also the prevailing rates and whether such higher rates are expected to hold.

Guys we all are agreeing on the same thing. Lets plan up and meet at the COJ site maybe this Sunday and discuss the plans ahead as well as meet Amit Jain. Lets get this right till the time we dont get together and take some action we would be treated the same way.

I have booked a flat in COJ in Bliss building on 1st floor in Nov' 04.
I had been to COJ on last sunday.I could not meet Amit Jain but spoke to him on phone.I asked him to give letter confirming that flat will be handed over to me by Aug'08 since my landlord in whose house I am staying on rental basis is insisting for the same.As usual he refused to give in writing but repeated that Aug'08 is the target.Ground reality w.r.t construction status remains the same.i.e. it is going on at slow pace.I am posting few photographs. I do not find that enough manpower has been deployed to achieve the target.I seriously doubt completion within this year.Permission on higher floor is also still elusive.The progress on the two buildings where so-called permission on higher floor is received is also vert slow leading to serious doubts.
All of us need to come together to put pressure on builder.

we need to find out why the construction has stopped, whenever i have asked Mr Amit Jain tells me that they are not getting permission for the higher floor's from Delhi which i dont think is true. I dont know what hes been telling others.
If the project is being delayed because of the forest land issue then we are all stuck, nothing can be done. If not then maybe forming a group and putting pressure on the builder might help. | sNayak |

I have just been to the site today. Unfortunately i couldnt meet any officials there as i was late however I did c the progress (or the lack of it). Phase 2 first two buildings should be completed by the promised on Sept 08, but Rejoice (where I have booked) and other adjoining bldg are very doubtful.
The present quoted rate is Rs.7000/sqft+28 (floor raise)+3.5L (parking)
I perfectly agree that we should form a comittee and raise the voice as one and thats when we can exert some pressure. I can get 3 more members who are equally p***ed off with Nirmal.

We have booked Flat in Bliss on 8th Floor in 2004 and today as per Amit Jain they willl deliver the Flats upto 20th Floor by this Sept/Oct'08 , as per the discussion he( Amit) will give us a written letter confirming the delivery schedule. Amit Jain is very apprehensive to give any letter but he will discuss with DharmesH jain and will get back to me on 21st April'08. The dleivery schedule has been postponed by almost two years.
I am really frustrated and pissed off with this builder, I am ok to build a web site for all the consumers who are FOOOOLED by Nirmal Lifstyle and jointly we can take this to press.

We were supposed to get possesion in Sep-07, I just spoke to a guy from their ofice last week and he says they will give possesion by this year end, dec-08.
But now the building will be only 19 floors not 30 floors as planned.
Which floor have you booked on and at what rate ?

Dear Friends,
I can see significant progress for Relish & Cherish. I have booked a flat in Cherish on 26th Floor. They have completed all the slabs and the interior work for flats upto 20th floor has already started.
Grills have been put up till 20th floor.
The builder has promised possession in Dec, 08. But you can NEVER trust Nirmal Builders. They are masters in fooling people.
I waited almost 3 years for Eden Garden (then Rhythm & Symphony) to come up, but it was all false promises.
I have asked them 100 times to give me in writing that I will get the possession in Dec, 08, but everytime they give some lame excuse.
I totally agree with the members who want to join and meet the builder. Individually we can do nothing as he links with Bal Thackrey and other big guns in political world. But together we can do a lot.

Hi ,
I have booked flat in Bliss on 22nd floor....the assurance was they expect clearance any time before Dec 07..and the possesion would be much before Oct 09...but looking at the way they (builder) are placed as regards obtaining the permission I have my own suspicions that one fine day they would come and declare the building shall be constrained to 20th Floor only....
Letz form a team and ask for a genuine feedback from the builder s to why the work is held up for so long and also if required pressurize him to get the promised work done at the earliest .

Same here Krsna, I too have booked a flat in Bliss, The last time i asked them they said work is still in progress and they still havent got permissions for the upper floors for Bliss.
and if they still dont get it in 3 more months then they will stop the height at 24 floors and complete the building. tentative date Dec 2008.

We all are facing the problems with the delay by the builder. I have booked falt in Bliss and now tentative possesion is in DEc 2008 .... i do not expect before June 2009.
If we all come together and start a campaign we can expect some returns. Are we not charged late fees / interest if we delay EMI or any other payments? then when the project is delayed then builder has to pay penalty. We all are trying as individuals, if we try as team we can expect result.

I have booked 3BHK flat in Rejoice on feb 2005 @ 2800 per sq feet. Nirmal promised me that they will give possession on june 2007 and if it goes beyond sep 2007 then Nirmal co.will give 6000 rs/month compensation till possession is given.
However now construction is delay by 10 months and builder is denying to give compensation as promised...? it is too much damage for me when I am paying EMI for my home loan.
Nirmal is not trust worthy partner, so I will recommend to new users that please dont go for new booking...it is risky , nirmal does not keep their promises.

I have booked 2 BHK in Relish (Phase II) in 2004 when there was no work started. The completeion was to be in June 2006 as per the Plan.
But the phase II (relish cherish AND OTHER TWO BUILDINGS) is delayed.
I have seen work progressing from April 2005 from plinth to 23rd slab (20th floor) in may 2006. After that the work was stopped may be due to permission or other reason. It is still not started inspite MARKETING GUY TELLING ME THAT it will be on from Jan 97.
Almost for 10 months the project is delayed. Hopefully one expects that it bwill be ready by June 2008.
