We're looking into purchasing at Cap bleu. Has any of you seen the place? have you been in the area? Is it nice? Walking distance to everything?

Hello all fellow Cap Bleu owners.
We have bought an apt. and hopefully, going over to close in April.
We were there last Jan 10th and saw the site cleared and ready to start.
We just got a photo yesterday and we will load it up (when my hubby comes home as I dont know how) later so you guys can see. it is only one photo as our friend who lives in Marseille was on Cap Bleu beach the other day with his son and they went up to have a look but the site was closed off but managed to get one photo.
We are really looking forward to seeing it.
Last friday we received a letter from the management company asking us when we wanted to use the apartment and to fill out forms. We have to get it translated but is says as much. (i think).
Sorry Cathy do not know of anywhere to stay nearby as we stayed in marseille last January and drove down to Cap Bleu.
We hope to be able to go over and sign and collect the keys and do a snag list also but we also paid for the furniture package and have to check and see if all we will in when we sign as it would be lovely to stay a few days before we release it to you leaseback scheme.
Also we did not know about the oil refinery 10 km away.
