Hi there

has anyone else had problems with the developer Duja

we purchased an appartment on phase 1 of cabanas golf over 2 years ago. on completion the developers tried to give us a different appartment to the one stated on all legal documents.

They have agreed they were in error & offered a full refund + our legal expenses but 3 months later have still failed to refund any money

Originally the completion date was to have been March 2008 now the expected completion is June 2009. Anyone know what's going on there?bigj
