Housing complex Sunny Season is located in the town of Byala, district Varna. It is situated right over the Black Sea coast and offers wonderful view to the sea, air and spice in the vicinity of the beach, in the center of the town on the road Varna-Burgas.
Sunny Season has RLP 3488,44 sq.m. The residental building consist of two sections, comprised of 38 apartments with terraces, overlooking towards the sea. Designed are two elevators, 12 underground garages and parking-lots and outdoor pool for adults and children in the backyard of the building.
