Our agent has told us that they cant get in touch with the developer and have therefore offered us an alternative apartment near Bansko. They have offered to offset the deposit we paid for BV apartment against this other apartment. However new apartment is much higher price. The other option they have given us is to go through the courts to claim compensation and get our deposit back and they say that could take up to five years.

Hi all, this is my first posting here, as I am also purchasing an apartment in Buena Vista. I did visit the site last October and was upset with what I saw...When I visited the site and read the off site proposal this property was to have a panoramic view of the bay with the view un interrupted. That was before Garden of Eden built blocks of apartments in front of BV, obscuring the view. Has anyone else seen the change first hand?? I have been trying to get compensation without any joy at present. Also no completion date has yet been given....Would be interested to hear your views.

Hi there,
The expected completion date is 31 january 2007. This was the last we heard from our solicitor, who are regularly in touch with the developers.

can find no up to date info on buena vista bulgaria. developers website has not been updated with any photos since june 06. starting to get a bit worried. has anyone visited the site recently? | mdnaaar |
