Hi the properties i am purchasing in Hurghada Egypt, were being bought on the basis, they were to be freehold, is anyone aware of this law changing at all

| Hello quick update i havent seen the updated pictures, but another buyer did send me some pics of the pool being tested for leaks, there is an english girl who is an interior designer, pictures look very good an im told very cheap, also supplying air con at good price. | bingers50 |
| Any body needing advice on this resort please ask away, we have been out to Hurghada several times over the past 18 months, and the development is sort of finally near completion although very overdue, Hurghada is really taking off, and with the amount of building that has gone on they have now realised there is a big market in these holiday homes , so there are a lot of furniture stores going in place. | bingers50 |
