I got your message and actually sent an email but obviously it did not make it.
Snagging went okay - no major issues but plenty of minor ones - total report was 16 pages.
Money well spent.

| I have eventually figured out where the photo's were saved on the PC! So the Pics of our house are now uploaded. Imcenery, I'm really glad to hear your nearly there. | Was down yesterday having a look we are snagging tomorrow so should be in very soon cant wait it looks great all the tiles they have putin are lovely everything exact as the show house wich is good. | lmcenery |
| I was down at the site on 1st Oct and managed to get a few pics of the site and the house which we bought. Its ready for the stud wall partitions so its not much to look at yet. I have a few pics of other houses that were ready for there snag listing to be done and will have them posted on "Progress photos" later this week if anyone is interested in having a look. | Selina FTB |
| Thats mad yeah i was dealing with fiona to but now carol she is better and nicer, yeah see we just dont know whats going to happen till we get the keys and are in when are you supposed to be moving in its probley about the same time as us, its just the waiting thing now really. | lmcenery |
| My boyfriend and I had a contact in Sherry Fitz (Fiona) and she didnt answer any of our questions and was very rude to us so I wont deal with her anymore. Our contact now is Carol Mulligan and she's ok. She contacted the builder about the tiles and found that they'd made a few changes to ech type of house without letting Sherry Fitz know. I also contacted the builders myself and was told they would not tell me anything until I had the keys to the house and was not to call again. Sherry Fitz wouldn't give our solicitor the name of the builders solicitor for the contracts either. So there is a breakdown in communication on purpose by both Sherry Fitz and Kingscroft. | Selina FTB |
| no your right well we bought a 3 bed semi so maybe that might be the same as the show house, did you say anything about this to the builder, have you moved in and all, yeah sherry fitz are really bad im having trouble with them at the moment cos we payed extra for oue house then other people because we bought an end house with extra garden space but they are now telling us that is all just what the builders decide they want its crap. | lmcenery |

| The standard feature tiles in the show house are not the same as what was in the three bed terrace houses. Also the fireplaces are a bit different. I realise this is all just decor and could be changed but I would have liked to have known. Sherry Fitz seemed to have no idea that the builders have changed features in the house. The extra storeage space I thought I'd have in the hot press is now an alcove in the Double bedroom. I know I'm being picky, the most important thing is we have a house. | Selina FTB |

| I've bought in Branswood and the revised construction date is some time in November 06 but that could change again. Has anyone else noticed that the Show house 'standards' are not actually standard in all the other houses? | Selina FTB |
