Hi everybody!
Is there anyone there who has bought in Botanical Gardens? It is now two years behind schedule and now no gas has been installed! There are apparently no occupants there on this account!! Also does anyone know the original list price of these apartments direct from the developer. I bought mine from "Bulgaria Investments" based in Cork and am wondering if I paid way over the odds by buying this way. | dauphine |
Are there any investors in this forum who have personal experience of buying off plan property in Lithuania-Latvia-Estonia? Would you consider investing in the Baltic States again? Please let me know your opinion.

| I think it was a good investment if you bought in at the start,but now the latest phase is over-priced.I visited the site at the end of August and found the apartments completed to a good standard , but site completion is way behind schedule.I was disappointed with the quality of the kitchens.The rooms in some of the apartments are smaller than stated on the floor plans.I am very disappointed with the agents "Bulgarian Investments Ltd" from Cork.There has been a falling out between them and the builders,and their office in Cork is not taking phone calls---they are obviously avoiding their customers.Their office in Sofia is incompetent and I have lost faith in them.I was also told by an inside source in Sofia that the agent is over-charging for air-conditioning and the furniture packs. | blackhawk |
