Hi All
Purchased a studio in Bojurland 2. Just requested rental figures for the ski/winter season - not good at all, 3 weeks in total. Spoke to the management about this and they are saying that this is the same across the board. Is any one else experiencing same?
Still waiting on copy of ulities and actual rental income (supoosed to receive this in March). I find the "front line" quite difficult to communicate with - always on the defensive.
Does anyone have experince from Bojurland 1 and I'd be interested to hear how their rental is doing. Thinking may have to advertise myself. If anyone can give any pointers I'd be grateful. | jmr |

We have just purchased an apartment in in Bojurland and would be interested to hear from others with regards to how they feel things are going with their Maintenance Agreement etc through Bojurland, for example, have others received copies of bills on regular basis as stated will happen in the agreement and how things have been if others are renting out their apartment through Bojurland directly. We are interested in more information about the Bojurland Owners Association if anybody would like to send us more information in this respect (i.e. what does the association 'do' for owners of apartments in Bojurland) etc.

Hi, Very new to this forum. Bought in Phase 1. Have just received electric/ heating bill from Bojurland for period Nov, Dec and Jan. Have only used apartment for 1 week during that time and the bill is 103 Euros. Seems a bit steep. What do you all think? | Vellosa |
Was on site for a quick visit during recent skiing holiday. Pool room not yet finished and parts of the driveway were collapsing near to the drains.
Has anyone stayed on site this season, what facilities are actually available i.e. sauna, steamroom or massage. | brazier |

I am buying a property in Bojurland phase1 and I am looking for a reasonably priced solicitor to look over the Purchace agreement I have signed and sign the Notary deed etc on my behalf.I would be interested to hear of your experiences and if using the Bojurland solicitors has this been satisfactory
