Hi,

After reading about forest land issue in newspaper , even though sales person working in Bhoomi valley says their project is not affected.I now wonder what and how much to believe.

Plus they say swimming pool etc may take 6 months to prepare (as per their estimate). Occupation certificate is given by govt after builder fulfill all their propsed work and govt may take their sweet time. So if possession is given say in May and swimming pool etc all work done by December and we get OC in April 2009. Think what we may loose... Home loan interest waiver upto Rs. 1.5 lakh from income-tax is elligible only after OC as I enquired with few people.

We must unite and try to raise our voice. May be meet on Saturday afternoon at their office and ask Builder or someone so called up "Higer up" answers us. This "Higher up" word frustrates me whenever I talk to the sales staff there. This "Higher up" does not talk to normal people like us who paid 30 lakhs or so. Even small shop-keeper attends if u have issue with items purchased from their shop even if value is Rs. 10.

Hi everyone
Yesterday again we met at the site and then had a meeting with Jayeshbhai.
Majority of the work is done and one family has already moved in to live in the G wing.!!
However, they have to bear with no BMC water / lift / incomplete work on passages and staircase etc. since the top floor CC is not yet received. If anybody need for interior work these probems do not bother them
Those who are in urgent need can make final payment and take possession within 15 days after that.

Hello everyone,

I have bought a flat in  the towers (B307). Yesterday I was at the site office and I was told that they are going to dispatch the demand letters for possession 15th March onwards. They also told that they will start giving possession soon after that.

So can all of us meet them together on 15th of March which haapens to be saturday at a pre-decided time so that we can pressurise them if they haven't started to work on the demand letters?

Hi Everybody those who is having Flat in Bhoomi Valley. My flat is E-307 in Bhoomi Valley. I am also eager to know when the builder is going to give possesion. BY then first commitment is sep 07 then dec end now jan end , but still the commitment is chocking. Last thursday I went to office, Now it seems that Jan end is also not possible for them. They said it will be plus or minus 15 days. I am frustated. I read the messegeboard posted by Mr Phatak & sandip. Hi  everyone ! , We were also a part of the meeting held on 12th Jan.08.

We agree that we need to step up the gas every week & to do that we should all go every saturday say around 4~4.30pm & unite together. This unity among the residents( before possession) will automatically put some pressure on them.

Yesterday 12th Jan, we were at the site and then at the site office in Bhoomi Hills. We were more than 12 people in meeting with Jayeshbhai. He has finally promised possission of all the wings latest by 15th March Positively. The possession of D,E,F & G wings will be by end of February. We plan to meet frequently preferably every weekend. I completely agree with Sandy that we all need to come together & talk to builder and ensure that there are no further delays.

          Yes, it’s a high time. Delay of 1 year is not acceptable in any circumstances.
We all need to come together & talk to builder about delay issue. Fighting & frustrating  alone is not going to give anything.

Hi every one,

I read all your replies that indicate how frustrated all of you are. I too have the same frustration. I had been to the sales office 2 days back (Nov'26th). Now they are saying that they will give possession in March' 08. But I don't trust them. They have been saying this since last few months. Every time they would give a possession date of three months from now. I dont know what the issue is. They say the issue is with BMC and lot of other developers are caught in this. 

Also I got to know from some source that the issue with the forest land is not yet completely resolved. Builders have basically received something called 'interim order' to continue their construction. But I personally believe that the current issue with bhoomi is not related to forest land. I also contacted my bank and even they said that this is a routine delay and that they had given out disbursement for one of their new client few months back. But its still a serious matter for us. I think we all should get together once at the site office and talk to builder about this.

Hi All,       

I have purchased flat in Tower (‘C’ wing) in Jan06.
Like every one of you I am also frussted because of delay in possession.
As per my agreement, possession date was March07 & still we don’t have
any clarity about possession.
 
Last week only I had talk with one of higher authority regarding possession.

Still they are not commenting on possession date. As per my observation on current construction, possession is not possible in next 3-4 months.

Now I heard that possession will be in month of Jan.2008. Does anyone have any idea if there are any issues with this property on account of supposedly being on forest land?

I would like to believe that there is no certainity about Nov'07 as well, as they don't have necessary approvals in place to build till 12th floor. The tower is ready till 10th floor and then they have put 12th slab,but they don't have approval for the same. Pl. let me know if any one has any update at .... susheel.mishra@gmail.comsusheel.mishra
