| Hello to any fellow investors in Bayside. We invested last June via Ready2Invest (R2I) and although we've only visited once have so far been very impressed with R2I, Leisure Launch and Platforma Legal especially when compared with another investment in Morocco! We get regular updates, photos, bank revaluations etc. However has anyone visited the site recently and does anyone know when it will be finished? | Worzel |

Could someone help me? My friend is buying an apartment and I am also tempted do so. I feel a little nervous about having to deal with property developers abroad (Portugal in this case). Does anyone have a suggestion on how to obtain some sort of information about the developers and/or has experience in dealing with developers abroad.
