Hi All,
I;m the owner of ROSI 3C, 1 bed apartment. I'm about to SUE for compensation via my LAWYER in VARNA. Does anyone remember having a separate attachment as an addition to the original Preliminary Contract. The reason I ask is that builders have FAILED to inclue the SPLASH POOL outside our apartment. If anyone has a SPLASH POOL outside their apartment can they let me know where it is stated in the contract. Is it on the Preliminary COntract or on this ADDED ATTACHMENT of which I do not have.
Hope someone can help.

Hello again to all,
Dont want to Pi** anyone off but I have just been told Thomson have pulled the plug because yet again Bayview Villas are behind what they promised.
I have just checked the Thomson website and it does not matter what dates you put in I can confirm they are unavailable?
Add this to the fact comms with the management company are rubbish its not looking good. We are going out 27th june for 2 weeks for the first time so hope to see for myself.
I am now sending emails every day to Ivan and the other addresses and will continue to bug them until one of them can be bothered to reply?
Apart from that! everything is just hunkydory!!!!

We have purchased 2 villas in phase 1. We purchased them off plan years ago before they even started to build. Even back then we were told by Bulgarian Dreams that that Phase 1 would be completed 2006. We have not visited yet but will be doing in June for 2 weeks.
The only thing I am not happy with as yet is contact! I have emailed loads of times and 80% of the time I dont even get a reply, These are simple questions I am wanting to know for exeample can I rent a cot etc??
Its not looking good when the staff I am trusting to manage my villa struggle to manage the simple task of replying to my emails. | brunobrookes |
We bought a phase three property, due to be completed in August 2007. I was concerned when Bulgarian Dreams pulled the plug. Now we have to emails direct to "Ivan" in Buglaria. He replies sometimes but with very little in the way of facts. The last mail was that he did not have a "deal" for the furniture package. I asked what he was doing about it and gave hims a list of questions regarding when the property was to be finished.

| We have a phase one apartment which still needs work to complete it, we were shocked to find out that the maintenance fee has increased 75%, this year, we feel the complex are short of funds and are using the owners to help fund the short fall. | Nina2308 |
is there any news on the spa / laundromat / mini market ?
it's a great site, if these (promised) facilities are there I'd probably not leave the site . I can't see thomson customers being happy if these are not there !
(We've completed on a Rosi on Phase 2) and are going out in May for 9 days

| I have bought a phase 2 villa which is just completing now, after nearly 2 years! However, having had 2 holidays at the site, I am very happy with it and have met lots of people who have completed and are happy with theirs. Also, they are now availabe to rent on the Thomson website which is very positive. I think we need to accept that their deadlines are very different to ours! | tullp |

| Hello I am currently in the process of buying a phase 3 villa and we have been informed that the development has been delayed. It was suppose to be complete in August 2007 and we have since been informed that it will be edelayed until March 2008. Also we purchased our Villa through Bulgarian Dreams have since stopped selling Bay view Villas. This give me concerns as to the finacial stability of the developers.
