Hi all, just to let you know I went out on a site visit a few weeks back and really liked the place and the facilities. It really does have the feeling of a village and is safe. I think the idea is to introduce other facilities but whilst i was there, people were already living in the apartments and seem to be having a fun time, splashing in to sea or sitting in their garden with their kids.
I have posted some pics i took.

I am thinking of buying in this resort, can anyone tell me, what amenities are around the resort. Also does anyone know what kind of rentals are avaiable in peak, mid and low season.

I've recently been to Bodrum. Bargylia is probably the most suitable development in Bodrum for the following reasons:
i) It is frontline to beach and in an area that is growing rapidly with golfcourses etc. So you have a great holiday home and investment in one.
ii) Location is great being 20 mins from bodrum town center which gets too busy in the summer but still in a peaceful green area. Also 15 mins from airport.
iv) It is a small - medium sized development making it exclusive for re-sells/rentals
iii) Developer is well respected. You need to be careful about which developer you go with in Turkey. I guess that's why they won Bentley awards for Best development and Best architecture.
The penthouse units are most popular (81 sq meters) which isn't huge but frontline to beach is unbeatable anywhere in the world. | trotter |
