hey guys,
Just like u guys, i have purchase a unit. Type B.. but saw some web site saying that the place is very near the oil terminal.. and we can get a unit at half the price @ glory beach.. there are also lots of units being auction of @ 20k or less. its a bit scaring. they claim that in PD, the southern part will be better as there is no oil terminal and the beach is cleaner.. | andychoo |

We've bought a type B looking out to see. Can't wait to get over and have a look when it's finished. Hopefully will be some return on the rent, as thats why we've invested in a unit.
