We are in the process of buying at Bahia Azahar, and would like to liase with other people who are/have bought there. We are concerned that the developer is not issueing a VEFA contract, does anyone else have this concern? Also does anyone have any photos of the development. Ideally we would like to talk to other buyers over the phone.
