We like the rest of you purchased a proeprty some time ago (years) and have been recently informed that they will not meet the Dec 2008 date and cannot give us a completion date. No matter how impressive the developement its shoddy on behalf of Nirvana to keep letting people down without having the courtesy to keep us all informed.

I am also under the impression that building work has stopped completely whilst they renegotiate with another builder?

There is another forum for Augustus village where there seem to be more posts surrounding the costs on the first and second phase.

Hi - Paul & Bev here.  We're buying villa 110 on Augustus Country Club.   We reserved August 2006 believing it would be ready by Summer 07.   We've had no progress photos on the site and I emailed Natalie last week expressing concern.  She is in Turkey at the moment arriving back later this week.  She is intending to update the site with progress photos and has also said she will be emailing all buyers with an update.

We went out for a week in February (during which time it snowed for the first time in 16 years!!!).   It's coming on well.   Our villa had it's roof on.   Lots of activity going on which I found reassuring.    Took some photos which we will try to download to the site.

It would be nice to hear from anyone who has been since February

Hi as anyone had any news on how the Country Club is going? not had any update photos since Chirstmas.

Is anyone else concerned about their completion date.  When we reserved our apartment in May 2006 we were given a completion date of July 2007,  since then we have received four set backs and now we have just been told that completion will be December 2008.  This is 18 months after the original contracted date and I'm not 100% sure that they will meet this deadline.

From the pictures on the web site Augustus Village does look very impressive, but it is by no means finished and that at the last statement from Nirvana was due to be completed Summer 2007.  I'm not sure what the original completion date was but it was certainly before July 2007.

I appreciate that they are building the spa and the indoor swimming pool, and a road by the looks of things now, but surely they were aware of these at the time we reserved our property.  We would have definately thought twice about the purchase if we had been told completion Dec 2008.

Have also reserved a apartment on the Augustus Country Club. Iam Flying out to have a look at the site in March.

Hi we have bought A408.  We made our second visit to the site at the end of November.  Things are progressing well.  I have some photos of the Claudius Park site that I can send to you if you are interested.

We have just reserved a property here and I would like to know if anybody has visited the site?
