Hi David,
Yes it is an excellent system using the conduits with no cables on the outside of the building. If you take out a Sky Contract you will get all the usual stations. If you go for Freeview is it a one off cost for the box you wont get channel 4 and 5 but you do get more stations than you will ever use. There are sites on the web but they give you every thing you might get not specifically what you do get. I hope all goes well with the baby. Kevin | Early |

hope you are well, unfortunately me and Alison won't be out there this year as we are expecting our first child in July, but my Uncle Anthony - who co-owns with us is due out there from Dublin and also plenty of family - which i hope they will enjoy the sun!!

Hello Dave,
I have had a Dish and Aerial installed on Lote 1, it has 8 outlets which can be expanded to 12 or 16. This will enable reception of Sky,Freeview and Portuguese Channels, depending on which Digi box you buy. This uses the raceway and conduits from the garage to distribute to each appartment with No external wireing. You would need to contact other owners in your Lote to share in the installation cost. we're keen to find out how we can access the TV stations, Bartek mentioned that some were looking at arranging a dish for each building, does anyone have any advice?
Will a UK Playstation work on the TV's?

Does that mean that non-residents will have use of the pools and facilities?

Yes in common with other Condominiums in the area , it wouldn't be a viable business

We bought in Apr 2007 and attended the General Assembly Meeting on 26th.Nov

I just bought a T2 at Areias de Porches for 245k. Friends, who purchased there two weeks ago told me, that the prices will rise from 1st March (15% on top for T1's & T2's !!). For those, who don't know yet...
So I was lucky, I wanted to come over in April..
