Hi everyone,
I need some advice regarding my property in sunny beach Bulgaria. At the end of August I will be traveling to Sunny beach with my brother to sign for our new apartment.
We’ve been in touch with the developer and our solicitor in Bulgaria to see what we need to bring along with as but had vary little info back. The only info they have given us is to bring two thousand euro in cash to pay for the notary (taxes) and to arrange to send over the last 10 percent of the cost of the property.
I don’t feel very comfortable in carrying large amount of cash in to the county and not being sure what the exactly the money is for. So put together some questions that I’m hoping you guys could help me out with.
What is the notary (taxes) percentage in Bulgaria?
What will I need to bring along with me to open a bank account in Bulgaria?
Has anyone got any reliable company names that could help me out with a furniture package?
Rental agencies in the sunny beach area?
Is there a curtain standard of furnishing needed to rent the property out and does it need to be certificated for rental?

I bought in Apolon 3 last June apart will be ready 1st july I found my estate company very good Mareli Properties
I am looking forward to seeing it then get updates 4 to 6 weeks

| Hi all, In March this year I will be Paying my last instalment on a apartment in apolon 3. I've been in touch with the company which sold me the property and asked them for a report on the progress of the development but they haven't got back to me at the moment.
