hi all
i have recently purchased on Apollonium and reading other mails on lakeside i have concerns over the purchase of my property
i have brought a 2 bed zeus appartment and have serious issues
firstly the concern over the title deeds and if we ever will get them
also the cost of the amazing rental company, lotus who are creaming 50% of the rental cash
the lack of photos on the artev website
the disappointing euro rate
also on the lakeside website there is a comment about the poor furniture package
so glad mine is free when no doubt it will break after the first use
and what this with embroidering the linen, give me strength
close to breaking point and give this up as a bad job
does anybody have any good news?

Hi everyone,
I'm Mark and I've purchased for my sins through Parador an apartment in the "Eros" block (14)at Apollonium,due for completion at end of November.
Having seen the lakeside entries it appears that we have common problems in that the replies are either non existent or just vague from both Artev and Parador.
One aspect is the lack of precise info on the sewarage system at Apollonium,the only indication so far indicating an area near the tennis courts up by the beach!
Also the Artev site does not show photos for May,and IT problems have again been given.However Parador did send me some photos dated 6/7 May and 13/5 which showed some work being carried out,but I suspect that workers may have been pulled off the site to complete Lakeside.
There is also the problem of of the suspension of Title Deeds.There is no way I will pay the final instalment without those deeds being available.Trouble is if 357 other owners decide to do the same at the end of November,what happens to Artev.......
Sorry for the doom and gloom,but if there is anyone else out there I would be interested in their views.
