sounds like we may both have the same lawyers as received exactly the same mesage as you. I have e mailed Darren Tilley (one of the prospective owners) at ascbansko@yahoo.co.uk in the hope that he mAy have some useful info. (He kindly organised the owners meeting with Rockarch and John Howell in London earlier this year). I have sent him a copy of the letter from my lawyers in the hope that we can collectively generate some response from Rockarch who as usual remain mostly uncommunicative. There is also the issue of the substantial amount of interest due to many owners for the failure to complete the project on time. Again my lawyers have written to Rockarch and we await a response. | ROGER12 |
Instructed by lawyers that ASC has a €1,000,000 mortgage against it with Bank of Piraeus and under no circumstances should completion take place as I will be buying an apartment encumbered with the above mortgage.
Can anyone else shed any light on this? | grange |

I have purchased an appartment in the ASC and woud like get some feedback from other owners on the appartment hotel ideas. I have tried to get Rockarch to arrange a forum for all interested owners to attend.

Hi Steve, Sharon,
I have invested in ASC development and having spent months reviewing a number of properties would say that this is one of the more up market options. We are currently having issues with management contracts but this should be resolved soon. For a more active forum may I sugest you look at mybulgaria (if you havn't already).
