I have tried downloading some photos, but only 4 out of over 20 will down load onto the site, if anyone would like me to email them some photos I took in May 08 of phase 1, please let me know.  I have reserved my furniture and curtains, it pays to shop around and most of the shops will deliver and set up for you.  I have opened my Turkish bank account and got my tax number both very straight forwarded and easy to do.

I am considering buying on phase 3 Aegean Heights, has anybody any info about the developers reputation and previous work? Also has anyone yet been through the legal process during purchase of properties on phase 1 or 2 and was it straight forward, would appreciate any advice.

I have bought on phase 1 Aegean Heights, I have been to see the site three times now, last time was the May school holidays, it is coming along, still a lot to do June to August.  The Builder and site Manager seem to think the site will be finished on time, I am not so sure as still so much to be done.  Aegean Heights is just out of the main resort in fairly quiet area, nice location and views, with only a 7 min drive to the main Altinkum beach which cost about 50 pence on the bus.  I have seen a lot of properties in the area and think this complex has great facilities with a great purchase price as not many 2 bedroom properties have this much internal space.  I have also been to see the sites for phase 2 and 3 smaller properties for the money and further away from Altinkum

Has anyone been to see the site yet?  We're going in August & will post info, if anyone has info before then about location of any of the 3 phases please share.

We are buying in phase 2.  I see phase 3 is started but will be sharing the phase 2 facilities.

myself and wife have purchased a 4 bed penthouse apartment in Aegean Heights phase 2.

Never went over to look at site as not really worth if when you couldnt see anything.

The help and advice we got was fantastic and is ongoing.

We will be in Yurkey in July/August and have arranged a viewing trip and a trip to the furniture showrooms for ideas.

I have reserved a one bedroom apartment at Aegean Heights II in January 2008 and would like to hear from anyone who has bought in phase 1. Has the buying process been straightforward and what is the quality of the build? Has phase 1 sold out and has there been any price increases?
