Hi
Just want to check out how this investment is working for others. We've bought a 1 bed in Advent, just completed. We got £650 rent the day after completion, no parking. We're pleased with this but have had to put £18k in to fund it. Valued at £127,500, paid £108,500.
Just heard about Selective Licensing. What a performance! I wonder if it will drive landlords away.
