| Hi guys,bought appartment in the Orchard development off plan in Feb 2006.The agent is Bulgarian Dreams should have been completed in Sept 2007.Have paid 60% of total costs to date and still not completed.Local authority have placed ban on construction over the winter???Anybody have experiance of BG in Bansko,also have purchased in Windows to paradise Balchik see blog similiar problems.. | pete1 |
