Two years back, my wife and I bought a 1 bed room apartment at " Spark Resort and Spa " (previously, Snow White Palace) at Bansbko - Bulgaria. The developer was Gama, part of Leadmas. Due to the global financial crisis, the developer stopped the project. So far, he is not paying back our initial deposit of 30% of the proprety value. We want to proceed into letigation. We are trying to gather as much people as possible with similar situation in order to gather momentum against the developer and share the letigation fees.

I currently have an apartment near Marina Smir. I purchased it through a well known property company a couple of years ago. I finally completed on the development at the end of spring last year. The company did not deliver on the furniture package that I purchased to furnish my apartment, consequently it has been left empty for over a year.

I am now looking to sell the apartment as I cannot afford to spend another £10,000 on another furniture package but am unsure on how to go about selling; what it entails, how one would get the money back to the UK etc.

If anyone is able to assist, if you have already been through the selling process, I would very much appreciate some feedback.

A couple of years ago, my wife and I invested a large sum of money which was taken from our mortgage and represented hopefully our opportunity to make some gains and retire a few years earlier. We are not major investors / developers so this money is quite a sum to us.

We followed all the advice and tried to pick a reputable company, but unfortunately, we've recently learnt that this deal has fallen through and predictions are that we are likely to get only a fraction back of what we have invested, perhaps as low as 10%. This will equate to us working 4-5 years extra now to pay off this debt.

We are hoping that someone will be able to give us some good advice on how we can try and get as much money back as possible (hopefully 100%) or can you put us in contact with a company that specialises in this area to help us please.

The company is Ready 2 Invest and the deal is Salama Valley 2 near Marakesch.

Any help or advice would be most welcome in this troubling time for us.
